AET's Aviation English program is used by a variety of Aviation training organizations which include Jeppesen, Pan Am, Bristow Academy, Asia Pacific Flight Training, FlyCFA, and Sky Safety. Airline companies that we have worked with the longest include Emirates Airlines and Malaysia Airlines.
AET’s English Assessment Test is used to determine if a person needs training. If so, the test is used to place trainees into the correct skill level. The test is a 60-minute online test. The language test is appropriate for pilots, controllers, flight-deck personnel, and ab initio trainees who have not yet learned specific aviation phraseology. The test measures language proficiency, not subject-specific knowledge.
AET’s Aviation English Program offers courses at four skill levels. Each skill level course consists of 12 lessons. Each lesson takes approximately 8-10 hours to complete.

Order and pay for the Assessment Test first. A Test Report will be e-mailed to you recommending the skill level course you should start with.
Order and pay for the Skill Level Course recommended by the Test Report.
Order and pay for additional Skill Level Courses until you complete the Intermediate course.

Order and pay for Jeppesen's VAET (ICAO Proficiency Test). Certification will be issued by Jeppesen. AET will schedule proctored test sessions.
